Section 1

About OnlyLaunchMe

OnlyLaunchMe is an AI-powered career guidance platform operated by OnlyLaunchMe LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. Our platform provides tools including a career match quiz, resume builder, interview coaching, job matching, application tracking, and language support.

⚠️ Important: OnlyLaunchMe is a career guidance and self-improvement tool. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, employment outcomes, or salary outcomes of any kind. Results vary based on individual circumstances, local job markets, and many factors outside our control.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Creation

To use OnlyLaunchMe you must:

Be at least 14 years of age — the minimum legal working age in the United States under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Provide a valid email address
Create a secure password
Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@onlylaunchme.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated.

Section 3

Use of Our Services

You agree to use OnlyLaunchMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the platform to create false or misleading resume content
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platform
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
Use our AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Impersonate another person or organisation
Upload malicious files or content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Section 4

AI-Generated Content

OnlyLaunchMe uses artificial intelligence to generate career summaries, resume bullet points, interview questions, feedback, and course recommendations. By using these features you acknowledge:

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it on a real resume or in a real interview
You must ensure that your resume accurately represents your actual qualifications and experience
OnlyLaunchMe is not responsible for consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without proper review

💡 Always read and personalise AI-generated resume content before sending it to an employer. Your resume must truthfully represent who you are.

No Employment Guarantee

OnlyLaunchMe provides career guidance tools and information only. We make no representations or warranties that:

Using our platform will result in job interviews or employment
Our career quiz results accurately predict job success or suitability
Job listings shown on our platform are current, accurate, or will result in employment
Course recommendations will lead to qualifications accepted by employers
Interview coaching will guarantee success in real interviews

Employment outcomes depend on many factors including your qualifications, local job market conditions, employer requirements, and personal performance — all of which are outside our control.

The name OnlyLaunchMe, logo, and associated branding are the subject of a pending trademark application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on July 1, 2026.

Classes filed: 009 (Software), 035 (Career Services), 041 (Education & Coaching), 042 (SaaS Platform)

The ™ symbol is used to indicate that trademark rights are being claimed while the application is pending. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorised use of the OnlyLaunchMe name, logo, or branding in any form — including in competing services, marketing materials, social media, or domain names — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our 15-question career archetype quiz is uniquely integrated with the resume builder and job matching engine. Quiz results automatically personalise your resume suggestions, job matches, and interview coaching — creating a unified end-to-end experience from self-discovery to employment. No other platform connects these three systems together in this way.

2. Designed Exclusively for Underserved Job Seekers

OnlyLaunchMe is the only AI career platform built specifically for four underserved audiences: first-time job seekers with no prior experience, career changers leaving one field for another, mothers and elderly individuals returning to the workforce after a gap, and new immigrants and expats navigating a foreign job market. Existing platforms assume users already have career experience — OnlyLaunchMe starts from zero.

3. AI Resume Builder with Achievements Section

Our resume builder includes a dedicated Achievements & Recognition section that guides users to document non-traditional accomplishments — including community contributions, personal milestones, and informal recognition — alongside formal work experience. This approach recognises the full value of people whose careers do not follow a traditional path. This achievements-first approach is original to OnlyLaunchMe.

4. Upskilling Courses Paired with Every Job Listing

OnlyLaunchMe is the only platform that displays AI-recommended upskilling courses directly alongside each job listing — so users can see not only what jobs are available but exactly how to become qualified for them. This learn-while-you-search approach is a proprietary feature of OnlyLaunchMe.

5. Interview Coaching Scored Across Four Human Dimensions

Our AI interview coach scores responses across four dimensions unique to our platform: Clarity, Confidence, Relevance, and Warmth. The inclusion of Warmth as a scored interview dimension — recognising the human and emotional quality of communication — is an original and proprietary approach not found in any other interview coaching tool.

6. Native 20+ Language Support Across All Features

OnlyLaunchMe offers full platform translation across 20+ languages including languages typically underserved by career platforms — such as Tagalog, Swahili, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian. The combination of AI career guidance with deep multilingual support for immigrant and expat communities is original to OnlyLaunchMe.

7. Resume Upload with AI Auto-Fill

Users can upload an existing resume in PDF, DOC, DOCX, or TXT format and our AI instantly reads and extracts all information — filling in the resume builder automatically. This removes the barrier of starting from a blank form, a feature specifically designed for users who already have experience but struggle with digital forms.

The combination of these features into a single unified free platform — specifically targeting the four underserved audiences described above — constitutes the original and proprietary nature of OnlyLaunchMe as a whole. Any service that replicates this combination of features, audiences, and approach may constitute infringement of OnlyLaunchMe's intellectual property rights.

All content on OnlyLaunchMe — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, code, AI prompts, and quiz questions — is the intellectual property of OnlyLaunchMe LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our express written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of all personal information, resume content, and other data you submit to OnlyLaunchMe. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.

Section 7

Third-Party Services

OnlyLaunchMe integrates with third-party services to provide certain features:

Adzuna — Job listings are provided by Adzuna. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of job listings.
Anthropic Claude — AI features are powered by Anthropic. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Course recommendations — Links to Coursera, Udemy, YouTube, and other platforms are provided for your convenience. We are not affiliated with or responsible for these third-party platforms.

Clicking on job listings or course links will take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyLaunchMe LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of employment, income, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
Damages arising from third-party services including job listings or courses
Any interruption or cessation of our services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of OnlyLaunchMe shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Section 9

Disclaimer of Warranties

OnlyLaunchMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Any results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any information or content obtained will meet your expectations

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OnlyLaunchMe shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State. If you are located outside the United States, local laws may also apply.

Section 11

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the website.

By continuing to use OnlyLaunchMe after changes are made you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you may close your account by contacting us at legal@onlylaunchme.com.
